Jan’s Words: One of my favorite paintings of these two best friends playing when Livvie, my valiant shepherd was slowing down and Seurat, my blue-heeler /bassett mix was young and energetic. I used just three paints (Cobalt Blue, Rose Madder Genuine and Aureolin Yellow and did a lot of mixing.. These two were the very best of friends and both came with me to Costa ‘Rica. This painting is from my private collection.
