Jan’s Words: I remember it well. The day was stunning – bright sunshine along with a consistent and gentle breeze. As I sat there I saw the blooming and brilliant bougainvilleas just below the orange colors in the coconuts. There may be no color combination that excites me more than orange next to pinks and magentas. What beauty! And so I painted it!
